ScaleTube aims to help aspiring and established content creators learn, grow, explore earning opportunities, and access professional creative services.

Our platform includes:

ScaleTube may introduce additional products and services as the platform develops.

To create a ScaleTube account, you must meet the following requirements.

Users Aged 18 and Above

Users aged 18 or older may independently register and use ScaleTube's services.

Users Aged 16–17

Users aged 16 or 17 may register with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable laws.

A parent or legal guardian may be required to authorize purchases or other contractual activities.

Users Under 16

Users under 16 are not permitted to register for ScaleTube.

Third-Party Opportunities

Some creator projects, affiliate programs, and external platforms may have additional eligibility requirements, including age restrictions.

ScaleTube cannot override eligibility conditions established by independent third-party providers.

Creating a ScaleTube account is free.

Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep their account details reasonably up to date.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for notifying ScaleTube if they suspect unauthorized account activity.

ScaleTube may require email verification or other appropriate identity checks to protect accounts.

Private Accounts

All ScaleTube user profiles are private.

ScaleTube does not currently provide publicly searchable creator profiles.

Account Restrictions

ScaleTube may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized access, harassment, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms.

Any action will be subject to applicable legal requirements.

Users can create a free ScaleTube account without purchasing any paid program.

Customers can also purchase eligible ScaleTube products through guest checkout without creating an account.

After purchasing, customers may optionally create an account.

Previous purchases may be linked to their account following appropriate identity and email verification.

A free account does not automatically include access to paid programs.

ScaleTube may provide information, educational resources, and access assistance relating to third-party creator projects.

These opportunities may include:

• Performance-based creator campaigns.
• Affiliate programs.
• Content creation projects.
• Brand collaborations.
• Other creator-related opportunities.

Independent Third-Party Providers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these opportunities are operated by independent organizations.

ScaleTube does not control their:

• Eligibility requirements.
• Application or selection decisions.
• Project availability.
• Content approval processes.
• Reward calculations.
• Payment schedules.
• Final payouts.

No Guaranteed Selection or Earnings

Exploring an opportunity or purchasing ScaleTube guidance does not guarantee acceptance, participation, earnings, or payment.

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party program rules.

ScaleTube may update or remove opportunity listings if the underlying projects change or become unavailable.

ScaleTube offers a paid guidance program relating to a third-party creator opportunity with an advertised potential reward of approximately $10,000.

• Information about the application and participation process.

No Live Classes

This is a self-paced educational guidance program.

It does not include live classes.

Application & Selection Timeline

Selection confirmation may arrive in as little as approximately one hour.

The expected selection process may take approximately 15–20 days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Actual processing depends on the third-party organization.

Important Disclaimer

The ₹9,999 fee is for ScaleTube's guidance materials, support, and opportunity access assistance.

It is not a payment for guaranteed selection or earnings.

Refunds

The guidance program is generally non-refundable.

A refund is available when a customer is unable to join the third-party opportunity program, subject to the published Refund Policy and applicable law.

Once the customer successfully joins the third-party opportunity, the guidance fee becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

ScaleTube Creator Academy provides a structured educational experience for aspiring creators.

Program Price

₹4,999 — One-Time Enrollment Fee

Program Includes

• Four weekly live classes.
• Experienced creator instructors.
• Content creation fundamentals.
• Video editing and storytelling.
• AI-assisted content workflows.
• Monetization education.
• Practical assignments.
• Weekly feedback.
• WhatsApp support.

Educational Nature

Creator Academy provides education, practical guidance, and learning resources.

It does not guarantee employment, followers, brand partnerships, or earnings.

Refunds

Customers may request a full refund before their first live class begins.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 days, generally to the original payment method.

After the first live class begins, refunds are generally unavailable, except where required by applicable law or where ScaleTube fails to deliver the promised services.

ScaleTube Studio offers creative services including:

• Long-form video editing.
• Short-form video editing.
• Content clipping and repurposing.
• Thumbnail design.
• Scriptwriting.
• Content strategy.
• AI-powered content production.
• Customized creator packages.

Service Inquiries

Customers can submit their requirements through the ScaleTube Studio inquiry form.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding service agreement.

Custom Pricing

ScaleTube Studio does not display fixed service prices.

Pricing depends on the customer's requirements, project scope, deliverables, and other relevant factors.

Project Agreements

Before work begins, ScaleTube and the customer may agree on:

• Project scope.
• Deliverables.
• Timeline.
• Pricing.
• Payment schedule.
• Revision terms.
• Ownership or usage rights.
• Cancellation conditions.

The agreed project-specific terms will govern the relevant engagement alongside applicable platform terms.

Meetings

Where appropriate, ScaleTube may arrange a Google Meet discussion after reviewing a service inquiry.

There is no public meeting-booking system on the Contact page.

ScaleTube uses Razorpay to process online payments.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when making purchases.

The final amount payable will be displayed before payment confirmation, including applicable taxes or charges.

Payment Confirmation

A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or cannot be confirmed, customers may retry or contact support.

Duplicate Payments

Customers who believe they have been charged more than once should contact ScaleTube with the relevant transaction details.

ScaleTube will review payment issues and handle them according to applicable requirements.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchased product or service.

The ₹9,999 Opportunity Guidance Program and ₹4,999 Creator Academy have different refund conditions.

Customers should review the applicable Refund Policy before purchasing.

For customized ScaleTube Studio projects, cancellation and refund arrangements may be specified in the individual project agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Unless otherwise stated, ScaleTube owns or holds the necessary rights to its original website content, branding, educational videos, documents, designs, and other proprietary materials.

Personal Use Only

Purchased educational materials are licensed to the purchasing customer for personal educational use.

Purchasing a program does not transfer ownership of ScaleTube's intellectual property.

What Customers Can Do

Customers may:

• Watch their purchased video lectures.
• Access and download provided PDF resources.
• Use the knowledge gained for personal learning.
• Apply the skills they learn to their own original content and projects.

What Customers Cannot Do

Without prior written authorization, customers may not:

• Resell ScaleTube's educational materials.
• Redistribute paid videos or documents.
• Upload purchased content to public websites.
• Share paid program access with unauthorized individuals.
• Repackage ScaleTube's materials as their own products.
• Commercially exploit protected educational content beyond the rights granted.

Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized redistribution or misuse may result in appropriate account restrictions or legal action, subject to applicable law.

Users may submit information or materials through ScaleTube, including:

• Career applications.
• Resumes.
• Portfolios.
• Contact messages.
• Service inquiries.
• Creator profile links.
• Other voluntarily submitted content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to submit such materials.

Submitting content does not automatically transfer ownership to ScaleTube.

Users grant ScaleTube the limited permission reasonably necessary to process their submissions, respond to requests, evaluate applications, and provide requested services.

ScaleTube will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit deliberately misleading information.
• Harass or threaten other users or team members.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Distribute malicious software.
• Interfere with the platform's operation.
• Abuse payment, refund, or account systems.
• Redistribute protected paid content without authorization.
• Use ScaleTube in violation of applicable laws.

ScaleTube may take proportionate action against violations, including restricting access or suspending accounts.

ScaleTube provides educational resources, creator guidance, and information about potential earning opportunities.

However, individual outcomes vary.

ScaleTube does not guarantee:

• A particular income.
• Acceptance into third-party opportunities.
• A specific number of video views.
• YouTube or Instagram monetization.
• Brand partnerships.
• Employment.
• Business success.
• Particular financial results.

Any examples of earnings, affiliate payouts, or potential rewards are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

Users should independently evaluate opportunities and understand the applicable requirements and risks.

ScaleTube may provide links to external websites, creator programs, affiliate platforms, and other third-party services.

These platforms operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, and payment procedures.

ScaleTube is not responsible for decisions or actions made independently by third-party providers, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users should review the relevant third-party terms before participating.

ScaleTube may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for serious violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, security threats, or other legitimate reasons.

Where appropriate and legally required, users will receive relevant notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Voluntary Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion through:

Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete My Account

Eligible personal information will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Certain records may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment, or security purposes.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel outstanding contractual obligations or legally required records.

ScaleTube may introduce, modify, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

We aim to maintain reliable services, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where changes materially affect paid services, ScaleTube will address applicable customer rights and obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleTube will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including independent third-party decisions or service interruptions.

Any limitation of liability will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

If a customer has a complaint or dispute, they are encouraged to contact ScaleTube first so the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution explored.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's right to approach an appropriate consumer forum, regulator, or other competent authority where permitted by law.

ScaleTube may update these Terms & Conditions as its services evolve or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page.

Where required, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

Changes affecting existing purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.
